Payment needs to be made using either Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Visa Delta, American Express, JCB.
Payments are made via the Protx system. The reason that we decided to use them is because of the high levels of security and assurance that it offers you the consumer.

At the point you are required to enter your credit card details, you are transferred to a secure protx server that uses advanced encryption techniques when you submit your credit card details we do not receive details of your credit card, only confirmation that you have paid just prior to confirming your purchase you can choose to make payment in one of five currencies and know that this is the exact amount that your account will be debited
Refund Policy

Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the www.colonelkilgoreclothing.com website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to www.colonelkilgoreclothing.com within 14 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from www.colonelkilgoreclothing.com mistakenly and through no fault of www.colonelkilgoreclothing.com, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to www.colonelkilgoreclothing.com unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, www.colonelkilgoreclothing.com reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
