Shopping with Colonel Kilgore couldn't be easier. The site is arranged to help you flow through it simply and quickly to your purchase. If you get stuck, then just remember these points and you will be fine.
- Find it
There are many ways for you to find what you are looking for. You can either:
Type a keyword in the search box at the top of each page,
Browse the product homepages,
Select an area of interest from the menu selections provided and view all the products in that section.

When you have found some items you are interested in, why not get more information on them?
By selecting "more info" in the product search results, you can :
Read the product specifications and description,
View prices and discounts available.
Check the list of available colours and sizes.
- Select it
Do you want the item? Then Click the "Add to Cart" button to store it.
When you're ready to pay for the item click the "Checkout" button, or continue browsing for more items first.
- Buy it
When purchasing from this site, you do not need to have an account, or register details with us.
From your cart page, check your order details to make sure you haven't missed any items.
Select your "Postage" for where the item will be delivered, either within the UK or Internationaly.
When you are have done this, you will then have the option appear to "Pay for these Goods". Clicking this will take you through to make your final payment.
Choose how you would like to pay.
Complete Your Payment Details and Address. Remember to select your country if you are living abroad!
Finally, click the "submit your order" button to complete the transaction.
- Get it
Once you have confirmed payment, your work with this order should be finished. We will send you an e-mail confirming your order and delivery address.
If you have an account with us, You can sign in to check the status of your order at any time by clicking on "view account" at the top right of every page.
We will send you another e-mail when your order has been sent out from our warehouse.
Delivery Dates - Order Processing Times. ^^Top
Our normal estimated time for dispatch (from when you place your order to when it leaves our warehouse) is 2-5 days.
We do our best to dispatch your order from our warehouse as quickly as possible. If you have an account with us, you can log in and check the progress of your order for any estimates associated with it. These estimates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for dispatch.
Any estimated delivery dates will be calculated by taking our dispatch dates and adding the average time it takes a package to travel from our warehouse to your destination address.

For UK Domestic we use "Royal Mail" delivery rates plus a nominal fee for packaging and handling*
For International Deliveries we use "Royal mail Signed For" unless specified plus a nominal fee for packaging and handling*
